Returns

You may return your items within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you wish to initiate a return, please send an email to info@jekca.com.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned goods, we will notify you about the status of refund. Refund will be issued to your PAYPAL account/credit card (or the original method of payment) if your returned goods is resalable without extra handling. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Using a trackable shipping service is highly recommended. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
